Country Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Our Country Grilled Cheese Sandwich takes grilled cheese to the next comfort food level. We layer cheddar cheese, ham and tomato between rye bread then cook in Country Crock for rich buttery flavor.

8 slices rye bread
3/4 lb. deli ham
1/2 lb. deli sliced cheddar cheese
1 large tomato, cut into 8 thin slices
1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread

Instructions

On 4 bread slices, evenly arrange ham, cheese and tomato, then top each with remaining bread slices. Evenly spread top side of sandwiches with 2 tablespoons Country Crock® Spread. Preheat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high. Cook sandwiches, Spreadable Butter side down, 2 minutes or until golden. Evenly spread tops with remaining 2 tablespoons Spreadable Butter and turn. Cook an additional 2 minutes or until golden.
