Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken fingers according to package instructions. Allow to cool slightly and chop into bite-size pieces.
  2. Spread Country Crock Original Spread on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Add a slice of cheddar, a handful of cooked and chopped chicken strips, a squeeze of BBQ sauce, a sprinkle of mozzarella and another slice of cheddar.
  4. Add sandwiches to the pan, cover with a lid, and grill over low heat each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes each side.
  5. Slice in half and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
