We think it may even be better because this recipe has all that delicious pecan pie flavor but it's so much easier because it uses just 5 ingredients and only 10 minutes of prep! Ingredients

20 to 22 graham crackers
1 cup (2 sticks) Country Crock® Plant Butter Sticks with Avocado Oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease the pan with Country Crock Plant Butter. Cover the surface with graham crackers. Tip: Break them up to cover the whole surface area if need be.
In a medium saucepan, mix together Plant Butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the chopped pecans and vanilla and mix until all pecans are coated. Pour the mixture over the graham crackers and spread evenly over the whole pan with a spatula. Make sure to work quickly!
Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Allow the bark to cool to room temperature and then break apart into pieces! Enjoy and store the rest in an airtight container.
