  • 4 deli ham slices
  • 2 cheddar cheese slices cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup Country Crock Calcium Spread

Nutritional Guidelines (per serving)

(Nutrition information is calculated using an ingredient database and should be considered an estimate.)

Instructions

  1. On a clean service, use Country Crock Calcium Spread to spread over 2 slices of bread.
  2. Add a quartered slice of cheese to the spread side of bread, followed by a small slice of ham and another quarter of cheese.
  3. Add the spread side of bread over the top. The Calcium Spread will help the sandwich stay in place. Use the cookie cutter to cut a circle in the center of the bread. Remove the crust and crimp the edges using a fork to be sure it is sealed.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium and add about 2 tbsp of Calcium Spread. Once melted, cook the sandwich for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly before serving.
