Instructions
Gently salt each side of the chicken breast. BBQ the chicken on each side for about 5-8 minutes each.
In a large 10-inch skillet over medium/high heat add the Country Crock® Original Spread, then add the onion, peppers, salt and pepper. Continue to cook stirring occasionally until the vegetables start to soften, about 5-7 minutes. Add in the apple cider vinegar and toss together generously.
Take off the heat and add in the grilled chicken, sprinkle with a squeeze of lime and cilantro.
