Instructions
Allow the Country Crock Unsalted Sticks to soften at room temperature.
In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
Combine the ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened Country Crock Unsalted Baking Sticks, mashed bananas, honey, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt (if desired)
Mix thoroughly by using a spatula or electric mixer to blend the ingredients thoroughly until you achieve a smooth and well-incorporated mixture.
Shape and chill by placing the banana compound butter mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper. Shape it into a log or any desired shape, using the parchment paper to help mold it.
Wrap the parchment paper around the shaped compound butter, forming a log shape.
Place the wrapped compound butter in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to firm up.
Once chilled, unwrap the banana compound butter and slice it into rounds or use as desired.
Serve on toast, pancakes, waffles, grilled fruit, or any other dish you prefer.
Store any remaining banana compound butter in an airtight container in the refrigerator for longer shelf life. It can also be stored in the freezer for an extended period.
