Instructions
Ham & Cheese Waffle Sammy
Preheat a waffle maker to medium heat.
Spread Country Crock® onto one side of each slice of bread. To one slice, on the side that doesn’t have Country Crock® spread on it, place 1 slice of Swiss Cheese followed by 2 slices of ham and top with another slice of Swiss Cheese. Place the other slice of bread on top (the side with Country Crock® spread on it facing out).
Brush the waffle maker on both sides with Country Crock.
Place ham sandwich on griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes or until outside is golden brown and cheese is melty.
Cut into quarters and enjoy.
Quesadilla Waffle
To a medium tortilla add a sprinkle of Tex Mex cheese followed by leftover rotisserie
chicken, if using, followed by another sprinkle of cheese. Place another tortilla on top.
Brush the waffle maker on both sides with melted softened Country Crock®.
Place tortilla stack onto waffle griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes or until outside is golden
brown and cheese is melty.
Cut into quarters or halves and enjoy with salsa and sour cream if desired!
Pizza Wafflewich
Preheat a waffle maker to medium heat.
Spread Country Crock® onto one side of each slice of bread. To the sides that don’t have
Country Crock® spread on it, spread 1 Tbs of pizza sauce onto each slice of bread. To
one slice sprinkle with half the mozzarella cheese, followed by pepperoni, and the rest of
the cheese. Place other slice of bread on top (pizza sauce side in).
Brush the waffle maker on both sides with softened Country Crock®.
Place pizza sandwich on griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes or until outside is golden
brown and cheese is melty.
Cut into quarters. Serve with pizza marinara sauce and enjoy!
