Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Prepare the biscuits. Melt the Country Crock Plant Butter and pour it into an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour in Country Crock Plant Cream and honey and whisk until it is combined into a sticky dough (a few lumps are ok!).
  4. Dump the dough into the buttered dish and spread it into an even layer. Use water-dipped hands to smooth and even the top, if desired. Butter will come up over the top and that’s good!
  5. Cut the dough into 9 biscuits and bake for 17-20 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the honey butter. Whisk together honey and melted Country Crock Plant Butter. When the biscuits come out of the oven, brush the honey butter over the top. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
  7. Chill any remaining honey butter and serve on the side for spreading.
