    • 8 slices white bread, crusts removed
    • 8 slices cheddar cheese
    • a few handfuls baby spinach
    • 1/4 cup Country Crock® 8% Daily Value of Calcium, divided
    • canned tomato soup

    Instructions

    1. Heat tomato soup.
    2. Meanwhile, roll bread slices into flat, thin squares using a rolling pin. Place 1 slice of cheese and a little bit of spinach on each piece of bread and tightly roll up.
    3. Melt 1 tablespoon Crock Calcium in a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Working in batches, add roll ups to pan, seam-side down, and cook until bread is golden brown on all sides and cheese is melty, about 3 minutes. Add more Crock before each batch of roll ups are cooked.
    4. Serve roll ups immediately with tomato soup.
