Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Halve or quarter strawberries into bite-size pieces. Wash and dump the berries in a 9x12 baking dish.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top of the berries. Top with chopped pecans. Drop the Country Crock Plant Butter cubes evenly over the top.

Whip the chilled Country Crock Plant Cream with powdered sugar and vanilla in a medium chilled mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
Scoop dump cake into bowls and serve warm, topped with whipped Plant Cream and festive sprinkles if desired!
