Ingredients

  • 3-4 tbsp Country Crock® Original Spread Original Spread
  • 6 pieces of thick slices bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 6 slices pre-cooked bacon
  • Powdered sugar and maple syrup, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt until well combined.
  2. Melt the Original Spread in a medium sized skillet.
  3. Add a slice of bread into the egg mixture, flip until completely coated.
  4. Cook the french toast on each side until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle on some powdered sugar, add a dollop of Original Spread and drizzle on maple syrup.
