Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup quick cooking or old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar, divided
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Plant Butter with Avocado Oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 5 cups peeled, cored and sliced apples
  • 2 cups fresh or thawed frozen cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Grease 8-inch baking dish; set aside.
  2. Combine oats, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup flour in medium bowl. Using a pastry blender or 2 forks, cut in Country Crock Plant Butter. Stir in walnuts.
  3. Combine apples, cranberries, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger and remaining brown sugar and flour in large bowl. Turn into prepared baking dish. Evenly sprinkle with topping.
  4. Bake 40 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden. Serve warm or at room temperature.
