  • Prep time5 min
  • Cooking time10 min
  • Portions 12

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 mL) Country Crock® Original Spread
  • 12 bread slices
Cinnamon Sugar:
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) cinnamon powder
  • 1⁄2 cup (120 mL) granulated sugar
Icing Dip:
  • 1 1⁄2 cup (360 mL) powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) Country Crock® Original Spread, melted
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon (1.25 mL) vanilla extract

      Instructions

      1. Start by making a roll with the leftover bread crust and insert a skewer to hold the shape.
      2. Gently brush each roll with Country Crock® Original spread.
      3. Add Country Crock® Original spread to a pan and pan-fry the rolls until both sides are golden brown.
      4. When hot, gently sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of each roll.
      5. To make the icing dip, combine melted Country Crock® Original spread, milk, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until it reaches a dip-like consistency and is lump-free. Add more milk or powdered sugar based on your desired thickness.
      6. Take out the skewers from each cinnamon sugar crust.
      7. Serve and enjoy with icing dip.
