Nutritional Guidelines (per serving)

(Nutrition information is calculated using an ingredient database and should be considered an estimate.)

Instructions

For the Carrots:
  1. Preheat Air Fryer for 5 minutes. Set temperature to 400 degrees.
  2. Make sure the carrots are dry. Drain any liquid that was in the bag and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Toss Country Crock, carrots, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Transfer to air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly browned and fork tender. Shake the air fryer basket half way through cooking for even browning.
For the Caramelized Onion Dip
  1. Melt 2 tablespoons Country Crock Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions and salt and cook stirring frequently, until onions are very tender and deep golden brown, about 25 minutes but can take longer! (Adjust heat as needed to maintain a slow simmer and add additional Country Crock Spread if skillet becomes to dry.) Remove from heat and cool.
  2. When onions are cool enough to handle, coarsely chop.
  3. In large bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, Worcestershire, onion powder and soy sauce and mix until smooth. Gently stir in onions.
  4. Refrigerate dip and let stand at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop
