Apple Bread Pudding


1 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread, melted
6 cups cubed French bread
1/2 cup raisins
1 container Shedd's Country Crock™ Side Dishes Deluxe Cinnamon Apples
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°. Coat 8-inch baking dish with Spread; set aside.

In large bowl, toss bread, raisins and Shedd's Country Crock™ Side Dishes Deluxe Cinnamon Apples; set aside.

In another medium bowl, with wire whisk, blend remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture over bread; toss to coat. Turn into prepared dish. Bake 1 hour or until center is set. On wire rack, cool 30 minutes before serving. Serve, if desired, with Breyers® All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream.
