Chicken & Cheddar Rice Pockets


1 container Shedd's Country Crock™ Side Dishes Deluxe Cheddar Broccoli Rice, heated according to package directions
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
2 packages (13.8 oz ea.) pizza dough
1 egg, beaten with 1 Tbsp. water

Preheat oven to 400°. Spray 2 cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.   In medium bowl, combine hot Shedd's Country Crock™ Side Dishes Deluxe Cheddar Broccoli Rice with chicken; set aside.   On prepared cookie sheets, unroll dough.  Roll each into a 14- x 12-inch rectangle, then cut each into 4 quarters. On 1 side of each rectangle, spoon about 1/2 cup rice mixture, 1/2-inch from 3 of the edges. Fold over, sealing edges tightly with fork. Brush with egg mixture, then pierce top lightly with fork.   Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
