Cinnamon Chips


1/4 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. sugar
1 package (12 oz.) white pita bread (6 rounds), split

Preheat oven to 350°. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except pita breads. Brush cut sides of pita breads with mixture, then cut each pita bread into 4 wedges.   Bake wedges on ungreased baking sheet 12 minutes or until slightly crisp.
