Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9-inch tart pan* with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange tart pan on cookie sheet; set aside.
In large bowl, combine flour, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt. With fork, cut in 1/2 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread until mixture is size coarse crumbs. Press into prepared tart pan; add pecans and set aside.
In large bowl, combine remaining 1/3 cup sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons Spread, melted, corn syrup, egg, egg whites and vanilla. Carefully pour egg mixture over pecans.
Bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. On wire rack, cool completely before serving.
*TIP: Don't have a tart pan? Use a 9-inch aluminum-foil-lined cake pan instead.
