Asparagus With Creamy Lemon Sauce


1/4 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Omega Plus Light
1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cooked

In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except asparagus. Bring just to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring frequently. Serve over hot asparagus.
